In the above table some duplicate records are there, using the given steps you can remove that records,  

step1


Select the entire table

Step2


Go to ‘DATA’ menu -> Click ‘DUPLICATE VALUES’

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step3:


Click ‘SELECT ALL’ -> OK
